(We accept cash or credit card.) If you require a change in your reservation, we are happy to reschedule upon availability. *Guests are permitted 30 minutes prior to the event for set up and 30 minutes after the event to complete clean up and load out. Contact us if you need additional time and/or special set-up requests. If space is not cleared and vacated by the end of the booking, overtime rate will be billed. If any damages, overtime or additional cleaning charges are incurred, they will be deducted from your security deposit. *Must show proof of 1 day Liability Insurance naming Javo Studios as the beneficiary OR additional Security Deposit ($1000) required on all rentals. (Deposit is returned 24 hours after check-out.) *We do not offer any on site catering. A caterer would have to be hired and must provide proof of insurance coverage and be licensed to do business in PA. We can provide list of suggested caterers if requested. *The sale of alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol is permitted to be served as long as you or the caterer provide it. Last call will need to be thirty (30) minutes prior to the event end time. *Candles are permitted ONLY when in glass holders. *NO glitter or confetti, NO smoking, NO items hung on walls without prior permission from host *Studio showings can be scheduled based on the studio's availability.
